General Return Guidelines
1. Return Period: You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased online.
2. Final Sale Items: Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
3. Pop-Up Store Purchases: Purchases made at our pop-up locations are eligible for store credit or exchanges only. No refunds will be issued for these purchases.
Online Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactequisite@gmail.com. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
In-Store Returns (Pop-Up Locations)
- Eligibility: Items purchased at our pop-up locations can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Process: Bring your item and the original receipt to any of our pop-up locations to process your exchange or store credit.
